The manufacturing process of grinding wheels goes through five stages: mixing, forming, sintering, finishing, and inspection.

2. Forming: Place the mixed raw materials into a specific size grinding wheel mold, and press and shape them into the shape of the grinding wheel through an instrument.
3. Sintering: Place the formed grinding wheel in the kiln and let it stand for more than 1 week, followed by sintering at a high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius.
4. Fine trimming: The sintered grinding wheel is trimmed to achieve the correct dimensional accuracy and shape.
5. Inspection: Carefully conduct tests for damage, hardness, balance, and rotation to ensure the accuracy of the grinding wheel and avoid accidents.
